Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2–7 working days of purchase. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–12 working days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Duties & Customs

We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to most destinations — meaning no additional customs charges or import duties will be levied at your door. If you are in a region where local customs charges may apply, we will contact you before dispatch.

No DDP shipping for Brazil, Mexico, UAE, Indonesia and Thailand.
