Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 7-10 working days of purchase. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–12 working days depending on your location. Estimated delivery timelines are calculated in working days and exclude weekends and public holidays. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Duties & Customs
We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to most destinations, meaning no additional customs charges or import duties are payable on delivery. If you are in a region where local customs charges may apply, we will contact you before dispatch. DDP shipping is not available for Brazil, Mexico, UAE, Indonesia, and Thailand.

Carrier Delays
Occasionally, shipments may be held or delayed in transit by the carrier or customs for reasons outside our control. In such cases the shipment remains in active transit and is not considered lost or undelivered while tracking remains active. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us first so we can investigate with the carrier and resolve it.
